I figured this would be a clean option, and that’s exactly what I noticed when I opened it. The box looked clean, and there was almost no smell, so it basically matched what I was hoping for.

I ordered from dubiaroaches expecting it to get here fairly quickly, but the shipping was really slow. I kept checking the tracking and it barely moved for days, which was frustrating. What annoyed me even more was feeling like the terms/expectations around shipping changed after I ordered, or at least weren’t clear upfront. By the time everything finally arrived, I had already bought what I needed somewhere else. Definitely not the best first experience.

Overall, it was fine. The prices weren’t terrible, but I wouldn’t really call it a great deal either. I was hoping the value would be a little better, and the whole experience made me feel a bit like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer

I ordered a starter dubia colony from dubiaroaches.com, and overall it went okay. Most of them showed up alive, but there were a few dead ones in the box. For some reason, I was expecting the whole thing to feel a little more solid right out of the gate, but it wasn’t a total disaster or anything.

After a couple months, they’re actually breeding well. I’m seeing babies now, and the adults that made it seem healthy, so the colony itself did end up working out like I hoped.
I’m giving it 3 stars because the shipping felt a bit slow, and the count seemed a little off to me. Not a terrible experience, but for some reason it just didn’t feel as smooth as it could’ve been

I had a few questions about feeder roaches and what size I should’ve order, and the staff actually knew what they were talking about.
They explained everything in a simple way and didn’t made me feel dumb for asking basic stuff, which I really appreciated since I’m still kinda new to all this.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the reply was took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a good experience

Okay, so I’m totally calm about this, but their care info was genuinely helpful. It was easy to follow, and I wasn’t stuck guessing what to do. My roaches have been doing well, so yeah, happy with it.

I tried contacting them a couple of times about an issue with my order and just never heard back. Maybe they’re swamped or something, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it was still really frustrating. The product/order experience might’ve been fine otherwise, but customer service felt basically nonexistent. I probably won’t order again if getting a simple response is this difficult.

The site itself worked fine, but the checkout was way slower than it should’ve been. that’s on them — there’s no reason paying for an order should feel like waiting around for the site to catch up.

The box showed up a little bent, which I noticed right away because I was carrying it in from the porch with my coffee in the other hand. I was a bit worried at first, but thankfully the bugs were mostly fine once I opened everything up. Not perfect packaging, but overall it worked out.

I ordered medium dubias and, like I said, they actually showed up medium. There weren’t a bunch of tiny ones mixed in or anything, which I really appreciated. Like I said, happy with the order overall.

I didn’t really notice the rules until I got to checkout, and by then I was kind of surprised. They’re literally something that should be easier to spot earlier...

I order from Dubia Roaches regularly, they usually have the roaches I need in stock. Some sizes do sell out now and then, which is a little annoying, but overall it’s been dependable. Definitely makes feeding day a lot less of a hassle.

I’ve ordered these roaches a couple times now, mostly to get my colony going, and the mix has been decent. One batch had a few more males than I was hoping for, but not enough to really mess anything up. They showed up alive, sizes were close enough for what I needed, and overall it turned out fine. I’d probably order again.

I ordered a batch and, to be fair, I know shipping live items can be tricky and not everything is always in the seller’s control. Some of them did arrive alive and looked okay, but quite a few were already dead when I opened the box. For what I paid, the live rate just felt disappointing. I’m not saying it was all bad, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless the packing or shipping process improves.

I’ve been using the roach subscription for a few months now, i kind of regret not signing up earlier. Most of the boxes show up right when they’re supposed to, and only one was a day late, which wasn’t really a big deal

well... I had an issue with part of my order, but they sent out a replacement quickly. The refund for the missing items came through too, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them about it. it was all easy to deal with.
